PRESIDENTS’ MESSAGE   THANKSGIVING 2006

November 2006

As we look forward to the Thanksgiving holiday, we are reminded of all that has transpired this first year of FPSA for which we are most grateful and thankful.

First, we are thankful for the support we have received from you, the members, who demonstrated their faith in the merger by maintaining their membership and by involving themselves in various programs of the Association.  There are now over 500 member companies that comprise FPSA, making us the largest and strongest association representing suppliers to the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Thank you.

We pledge not to ever take your trust and support for granted.  We will work every day to maintain your loyalty and to deliver what you expect and deserve – excellence in all that bears the FPSA label.

PROCESS EXPO 2006 was, by all measures, an unqualified success; for exhibitors, attendees and the Association.   To all whose support and efforts made this success possible… thank you.  If repeat business is an indicator of success, we can take comfort knowing that eleven months before PROCESS EXPO 2007 we are already larger than the final show numbers in 2005…thank you.

We are grateful for the enthusiasm and strength of our industry councils.  They will be the engine that drives the programs and the growth of FPSA.  An indication of the councils’ emergence as a source of programming and research is found in the Annual Conference program for 2007.  We invite all members to come and participate with us in Palm Springs next March.  We are confident that you will come away nourished with new ideas and contacts that will contribute to your growth and success.

Finally, we are thankful that FPSA lives in a country that allows us the freedom to organize and serve, and the ability to share in the bounty of this great land.

What else is there left to say except….THANK YOU!
